I found with String Lights a small company but with big heart. They responded quickly to my initial request for info. They did a beautiful job stringing up lights on my tree. When one string didn't work they came out and found the string had been cut. I suspect the local wildlife (squirrels or the local rats). They fixed it. No charge. I do recommend an initial meeting so they fully understand the scope of the work expected. Our tree is huge. And as a small company they need to know how best to support you.
